who saying thisWhy would people think its a fluke? Jamaica have been strong in women's sprinting for decades back to the Cuthbert and Ottey days. They been winning 4x100 medals since the 90's. World Champs in 91.
Since 1980 a Jamaican woman hasn't won a Olympic medal in the 100m twice. 1980 and 1988.
