No one answered my question about the heptathlon/decathlon. Do these people just not excel at one event so they do them all or they just good all around athletes who like the challenge?

Why did they replace Dalilah with Abby? 
I love Abby but nah. Dalilah is experienced in this event at both the World & Olympics. Also, Dalilah's a 400M specialist (though at hurdles). Abby isn't.

Emphasizes all-rounded athleticism. Imagine having to run the 100m, 400m and 1500m just look at athletes in those events their different body structures.
