Am I wrong for wanting to see Rory vs Hendricks first. It would be interesting to see how Hendricks deals with a bigger fighter who uses his reach very well. I think Rory beats Hendricks. Then the Lawler/Hendricks title match would be much more meaningful since Robbie holds that win over him. UFC is really rushing these rematches with no real build to them.

Nah I want to see both fights, but I'd rather see the Rory fight 1st too. Same way I felt about the Jones/Gus/DC situation

Because you have no arguement, ww division has changed, ufc aint slick they had some party spoilers in fitch and shields, if they were around good chance lawler never flirts with the title picture. I mean matt brown is an exciting fighter but hes a journeyman/gatekeeper at best to be 1 win from a title fight is a little crazy. His 7 fight streak is/was commendable but i dont remember one elite wrestler he beat doin it. Sometimes ppl just need to take a step back and

did you read the 1st paragraph? Brown's rise to damn near being number 1 contender only further illustrates the point. He basically nick diaz'd his way thru the ranks only he did it in the ufc where all the wrestling beasts are right?

He won 7 fights in a row and he deserved a shot at a top guy to solidify his streak whether you liked him or not. But I wasn't even discussing him. What are you talking about? When has Kos been accused of a kickboxer when hes been known to employ the same smothering style like fitch/shields and Robbie still KO'd him? And what with this woulda coulda shoulda shyt of "bu...bu....but if shields/fitch was still around" like both of those guys have been factors recently. This isn't 07-08. Shields has been gifted suspect decisions for years now and Fitch chin is gone. Why even mention then in the first place. Like I said, let that hate go. Its ridiculous

Kos is a grappler still no matter how you twist it. Brown fought talent at his level and not only beat them but finished them. So he got a step up in competition and if he beat a guy who was just in a title fight, then yes he deserved a title shot. Why can't you understand this? And what does Diaz have to do with anything? Hes not beating anyone in the top 5 now nor does he have any interest fighting for the title as hes new contract suggests.
