I was testing this banana's foster cupcakes, recipe calls for banana liqueur. I just put that with some Hennessy I call it banana bread. I really don't like dark, I just wanted to see because it seems like the cognac and banana would go together. Could substitute it for the rum in the recipe, richer flavor.
