I'm having connectivity issues with the X during online gaming.. Getting messages I've never seen with my OG Xbox. Connecting to server, getting booted. Anybody else experience this.. Factory reset it exchange the console.

I know you can't do it after the game started, at the co-op select screen you should have both accounts signed in already before starting. I do recall struggling at times, and I believe the solution was a simple press of the Y buttonHow? I try to add user and nothing shows up in the game but the guest or user is active but can’t seem to enable them as the second player
at the sign in screen, press Y. That does the guest sign-in, should be smooth from there? still no bueno....gears ultimate and gears 4 no issue 360 gears 2 no bueno haven’t tried the others though
