I've lost all the silver attachments on the back of my elite controller...

That being said, Forza Horizon 3 is perhaps the finest racing game ever constructed. Playing that game with the driving wheel set up is truly an amazing experience. I could literally play the game all day.

Amazon sells the replacement tabs starting at $11; I'm sure those are third party but they also have one by SCUF for about $42.
