football players are also wearing 30lbs of pads.....maybe Lebron should lose the tights on his legs.
I've seen football players drop in shorts and pads at practice playing in the heat so I don't get your point at all.

Makes no difference. In the NBA, TV doesn't go into commercial break with players are injured. They always do in the NFL. We never see the players being helped off the field due to cramping.

If you're dropping in the heat during summer practices in shorts you're out of shape though.

Cramps stink...but its also on Lebron to prevent them from happening.

I'm talking about dropping due to cramping...not being out of shape.

I saw it all the time out of muscle bound dudes. It's less common in basketball and lesser so in baseball. It hurts muscled athletes.

LOL @ padding, not heat being the reason for cramps!! I mean, it adds to the heat, but heat is the cause nonetheless.

Only 1 guy had to sit out.

Correct. Last night. But plenty of world class athletes cramp up during the heat of competition. It happens in basketball, football, tennis, marathons...

People are out here putting blame on somebody for cramps, you can hydrate correctly, be stretched out, be in phenomenal shape... and in a certain game or situation your body cramps up.

Are we really out here talking about how LeBron is out of shape? Is this some alternate reality?

You sweat more with pads on, losing more water....its definitely a factor.

True....but a cramp due to heat is a cramp due to heat. He's a big dude. He's more likely to suffer through those spells.

Bron cramps in the A/C....it was written in the high temps as he has hydration/getting electrolyte issues.
dude was on an IV so clearly he was lacking fliuds and not properly pacing himself.

Don't argue with these trolls and idiots man. They throw every bit of logic out the window just to make themselves "right".

that doesn't excuse prevention and prevention during rest as every football player does not go down....

pretty sure getting fluids and pacing is part of the game. Spurs turned it up in the 4th quarter and kept it close during 1-3 cause they were hoping miami would be gassed.
