Prominent members of society have to have armed guards patrol their mansions.
People have to barricade their homes and put up bars in their windows
People are told to drive instead of walking due to the rampent thievery
Death is common there that it isn't a shock anymore. Assassinations are done in public places to send a message and the cops don't respond to certain calls because the area is breeding ground of sequestered criminal activity

Honestly I seen to many videos of people getting killed from there from liveleak that going there isn't an option.

None of those Tier III cities are worthy of an Olympics.
This post got me thinking about city tiers and what factors go into ranking them.

I made a thread: http://www.thecoli.com/threads/how-would-you-rank-u-s-cities-city-tiers.427517/

What would your criteria be?

Tier 5: Sub/other regional powers; Could have a fading economic presence

My list:

Tier 4:

Houston should be in Tier 2...already larger than Chicago and most diverse city in the country

They have brand new stadiums from the World Cup that are not being used.

The olympics and World Cup are financial disasters.

All the sponsors extract money, pay no taxes and the countries are left in ruins.

Russia isn't broke and even they got fukked over in Sochi.

They're not reusing the WC stadiums?:dahell:

Honestly apart from the long distance travel, the US would be the perfect World Cup host. Infrastructure is all set, no deplorable working conditions for stadium workers, large amounts of soccer fans, ease of transport:banderas:

That Qatar and Russian oil money speaks louder than a well-run WC I guess :pacspit: FIFA is so ridiculously corrupt I'm not even surprised :snoop:
