I remember when Trump made the joke that Fauci can't talk as he needs to get back to work. Yet, everytime I see him he's literally doing more talking and interviews than actually work what his job title isn't supposed to be. I'm wondering is he actually a scientist now or just a figurehead for the public while other people in the background feed them information to say .

Repped!

"Yet, everytime I see him he's literally doing more talking and interviews than actually work what his job title isn't supposed to be."

Very well said!!!

I meant supposed to be, but you get my point lol.

I don't necessarily want to call him a conman, but I kind of feel like he's milking this situation for the publicity. That's how I feel about Crump as well. Someone else is actually doing the behind the scenes work, while they are reaping the benefits and the publicity. Their essentially more so spokesman at this point rather than their actual job titles.

I mean that as no disrespect to neither of those guys btw.

I'm from Crump's hometown and I know him and his family personally. As usual, most people don't know what they're talking about. Crump told me to my face, that 9 times out of 10, a local lawyer hired by the family contacts his firm to get their case national spotlight. He's hired on pro hac vice.

If you think you can do better, there's nothing stopping anyone who is complaining from getting their own jurist degree. I like to borrow a statement from Neely Fuller Jr. when people were complaining about Obama when he was president.

"If not Obama, who? You?" - Neely Fuller Jr.

If there's one thing I've inherited from my father is a deep, seated hatred for complaining ass people who aren't going to do anything about the problem they have with something or someone.

National spotlights mean means nothing though if he's not winning these cases. Yeah, the money from the civil suit is cool and all, but that's not justice nor will it make families whole again.

All he literally is at this point is as spokesperson, while other people behind the scenes do the work and he reaps the benefit. I mean that as no shot to him, but it's the truth. He does more talking and interviews than he actually does working.

I never said he was
yeah but it aint on to get the cops locked up, he's just there to make sure the family gets theirs. He might leave a bad taste in the public's mouth (II) but he's a lawyer people aren't supposed to like him.

He's not a prosecutor. The state is the one that prosecutes cases. As I stated earlier, if you can do better, get your jurist degree. But, you're not going to do anything but punch keys on a keyboard. shyt. You won't even do that very well. Have you even used that keyboard to search the Goog to contact your state's senators to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act?

Word. Yeah Fauci is strange. He popped out,I did research on him and saw he was a public "expert" since the 70s or 80s with photos of him looking the part of a scientist.

I distrust alot of public figures. It's my fault partially I hardly trust ppl in general. Only a handful of great people.
His day job is mostly with vaccine shyt and r&d but there is a reason it's called PUBLIC health, he was public during the ebola crisis and even the AIDS crisis back in the day but covid is much more prominent so that's why he seem him so much.

You can say that thing about any of the other topics that we all talk about on this site, so don't try and use it as an excuse on this one. He isn't immune from criticism regardless of what you try and say.

Yeah, he's helping families get bread and what not, but he's also milking the attention and reaping the benefits for himself as well. Again it's no different than any lawyer does who takes on high profile cases to further their careers. They all deserve criticism and he isn't the exception.

That's just the way it works being a lawyer.

Cacs probably celebrate everytime they see this nikka coming :mjlol:

Ben Crump, the blood money middle-man.
I dont know about that. One or two payments is not a big deal, but if the city is mired in lawsuits it starts to really hurt the budget. It costs money to mount a defense and money to pay out the families.

Who wants to be the politician whose city is going bankrupt because of lawsuits?

If not Benjamin Crump, who? You?

When are you enrolling in one of your state's public universities to get that jurist degree to show us how it's really done?

It's a million different lawyers out here who specialize in the same thing that Crump does.

You can stan and spin it for him all you want, but he's no different than any other lawyer who reaps the benefits from the high profile cases that they do. That's how a lawyer works and earns their reputation. Which is why I said my points aren't shots towards him.
