If you in a battle royal and don't win it, you lost. Can't cherrypick certain matches to say someone is undefeated.
If that's the case, Rusev isn't undefeated and has already been defeated by Roman Reigns...

No singles wins at Mania for The Shield yet. Cesaro and Cole ARE 1-0. If RVD is considered active then he's the actual leader at 4-0, but I don't know what his status is.

They're not running with the Russev is flat out undefeated line though. They word it carefully to say he's never been pinned or submitted. They used that for Edge at WM (he's never been pinned or submitted at WM) before he faced Taker. But you can't flat out say "he's undefeated". That's what makes things like Goldberg's streak or Taker's WM streak big deals, you could flat out say they were undefeated with no asterisks.
