Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
I remember having Arab neighbors when I was young and I bounced outta moms thinking I could meet a woman easier since them hoes used to laugh at dudes livng with mom.

Them indian and other groups stayed home with moms and got high degrees and the hoes we liked started calling us broke and started flocking to other races of men with more money.:mjlol:

She speaking facts though we have been programmed to think a certain way thinking that's how we'll get self acceptance but that's not true at all.

They all American culture until the Indian cat becomes a doctor and she gone.

A fine Indian girl at my job actually told me to continue staying home. She herself don’t be stupid and move out to impress others. All culture

And does everyone get in those buildings? No. Those people also can never make any advancements their careers or salary or else they have to deal with that same cost of living just like everyone else.

A move that big should not be encouraged to support the idea that the average earner having to spend north of 60% of their income on shelter is acceptable.

I agree. The person you are debating sounds like the stuff a realtor would say lol

When I moved out I had a new job (same job I have now) and a decent amount saved....I was further ahead than most people in their mid twenties when I moved out....this didnt apply to me

There are plenty of reasons to this and there is another side to the story. I know of 2 people that stay at home with their pops/mother at the age of 33 and 29. In most occasions moving out teaches you how to be a man. Both of those people are heavy gamers who don't know the responsibilities of a man.

Simple things like paying rent , accountability, learning how to budget, realistic views of life.. in a sense they are spoiled. Not including the lack of relationships that aren't had and their prime being wasted at the crib. One is a hermit that is content with never getting p*ssy again and the other has plenty of friends but lacks relationships.

Absolutely. I'm moving out for these reasons.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
So why is Arkansas a poor state if $10-$15$ an hour can give you such a great living?

No point in boasting about this if jobs that pay that much in Arkansas aren’t even that available.

We see Cali folks doing this to Texas and NYC people doing this to NC and now both locals in Texas and NC are bytching that their cost of living is rising because people came down with similar beliefs

Poor as far as income, I suppose, but the average individual income in Arkansas is 26K a year.

Comes out to about $2000 a month. A 1-br. Apt is 500 - 600 a month. That's great, right?

No I’m speaking specifically about poverty rates and welfare receipts. I would say at the income level I’m in now I can’t justify making $15 an hour in another state.

I do believe once you watch a certain income you should probably just keep climbing the ladder cause people who typically make 65K+ have that luxury of ladder climbing.

Well, regarding poverty rates...the poverty line for 1 person is about $13k a year. Minimum wage in Arkansas is $20k a year.

If you're making a substantial amount of money where you are, a move to a place like Arkansas may not be worth if. But, if you're making $15 an hour in Miami, for example, you'd be better off in Arkansas

Did you know this is one of the biggest factors causing decreases in sex in men and women? And delays in marriage.

The economy is the primary factor. It’s also a leading cause of depression and anxiety in millennials and gen Y.
I’ll look for the articles.

A downside to not having your own crib is not having a spot to bring shorties over.

If my mom stayed in a city where you can actually grow I would stay with her. But I had to move to advance my career, so it is what it is.

I still live at home rent free. Not moving out until I’m married. FOH!

my best friend did the same thing but luckily in Haitian culture Haitian moms never want their sons to move out.
What do you do about bringing shorties over?

If shorty don't got her own spot a hotel digs into ya pockets over time.

Yep and it's pride that keeps Alot of people in Miami from leaving. They better off in Alabama but they believe they gonna come up one day and get right. It's just culture.
