'banned' as in not being accepted solely because of their race, not the grades or extracurricular activities.

I think race and grade/ec activities have a lot of overlap. Black kids from poor schools will be passed over. So their color is tied to their circumstance. Though I don't doubt that Black kids even from good schools will be discriminated against. It just doesn't seem it will be at the rate as Black kids from poorer schools.

If the entire Black population voted for him, he'd lose. We're no more than 15% of the population. And he's a 3rd party candidate. But it would send a serious message for sure.
