figured this was why the thread got bumped, read about this a few days ago
bout time they started trying to unify some shyt on all these phones

They need to promote video calling more, almost my whole family has android phones all with duo and we rarely use it which is a shame cause the few times we have its been flawless

Hell we use FB video chat more

Google needs to push for Duo to become cool like snapchat, Instagram etc

Google's brand has never been associated with "cool" in most of their products. Not to mention their marketing is garbage. That's why Allo didn't take off.
