Criminals will be criminals, but that's still no excuse to just hand them weapons. All those guns the Chicago criminals have, were bought legally using our loopholes in our system. Wouldn't it make sense to at least try to stop that from happening.

Guns are cheap and easy to come by for criminals. Shouldn't we at least try to make them more expensive and less attainable for criminals?

And furthermore these mass shooting aren't commited by criminals. They are all commited by mentally disturbed people with easy access to guns. You never hear a story about an Adam Lanza hitting the streets of Chicago to by a gun. They always get the guns from family members or they buy them theirselves.

No but our death toll for the summer extends way further then that of Sandy Cook......as if thats for acceptable then what happened at that school....again Guns restriction just does not make sense me.....I'm trying to understand the other side of the argument but I just don't see it......America is rooted in gun violence it is never going away laws or no laws.....especially when you know why the 2nd amendment is really put in place (not just to protect your household and lunatics, but from the government too)
