Although i agree with this on the ten point scale.
I would say the four star rating system ranking for the sequel is a higher grade b movie sequel of 2.5.
Which puts it in that weird classic b movie level. As the sequel is a driving social force of the era. As every body trying to be hard. In the flavor of how shyt is now. From nikkaz letting their dope boi imagination.

In the nineties they used prison industrial economy deflection to blame to second wave of crack on poverty. Yet that first late wave of crack knuckle heads crash out before it was coined a common relevent current phrase.
