So what does everyone make out of Zen? I'm tempted to wait and build after it is released to see how it stacks up against the 6800K.

I want this mobo + cpu combo to last me at least 3 years....AMD is taking forever on this shyt.

@Ruck or @2gunsup do you have a tutorial or website I should visit to start water cooling my GPUs? I'm gonna be running them at 100% starting soon, and I want to keep em cool.

It comes with a manual. When taking off the stock cooler, make sure to keep all the screws in a little bag. Use coffee filters to wipe off the excess thermal paste and then 90% isopropyl to clean the die thoroughly. I use the x pattern when putting new thermal grease on gpus because the die is larger.

I also recommend a backplate for rigidity. If it came with the stock cooler, use it with the waterblock (though u may have to use different screws to work with said waterblock). Or get the matching backplate for your waterblock.

Unless you running 4 way sli Titan X's with a high end i7 and pci-e ssds as storage and game drives then I'll be disappointed. Better have triple 2K widescreen monitors too
