In my case its because I played most of the games I own (This Generation) on the xbox and ps3 since I was cheap and had years of gamefly. So when I see them on sale for a crazy price on steam I say "well maybe I will get back to it" and just buy it
I think I've posted it here as well, the average I have paid for a game on steam is like $6 or something. I think one of the few games I paid full legit price on Day 1 was Fallout 3.
I think the only game I paid full price for, on release, was Metro 2033. I know a lot of cats got that dirt cheap or free. plus performance was so wack on my gtx 260, that I didn't really play it until years later
I'm not trying to come at cats sideways, or call anyone out, but I do think people need to think before making so many impulsive/compulsive purchases. there's starving kids in China, and yall got a backlog of 100's of video games
