I think I will wait until the 8 series to upgrade my card. I'm interested in seeing how the cards will run 'next-gen' games before plunging in. My 470 is getting me along just fine for now. The 470 might get relegated to PhysX duties in a couple of years.

Going from a 470 to 800 series card is going to be such a huge jump. I can imagine you've milked that 470 for all its worth by now. Maxwell is supposed to be huge leap in performance over current gen cards, could only imagine how much of a leap over old Fermi it will be.

I installed my card and its GREAT...I get 89 avg fps with Tomb Raider...70 with Bioshock Infinite...etc...one thing I noticed about Bioshock tho...it kinda stutters here n there...is anyone else having that issue?..it runs on high fps but there's a lil stutter in certain environments or camera movements..

How much seller feedback do you have? Requirement for no holds on payments use to be 20. Not sure what it is nowadays. Make sure you are marking the transactions as shipped on Ebay. Positive feedback gets payments released so you can request it from the buyer. As soon as you receive positive feedback for a transaction the held cash associated with it should become available. Another thing that helps is having a verified paypal account.

I think the goal is to beat the eBay estimated shipping dates.

I only have sold 9 things and funds are available immediately now. I only ship USPS Priority. I think high value items are important as well as I have sold a couple iPhone 4s' and 5, video cards over $100 and shyt.

How long have you had your paypal account though and how long has it been verified. Things like that come into the equation.

bioshock infinite or the OG bioshock? If it's infinite, the stuttering issue should have been fixed by the latest patch on steam. The only stutter here and there are sometimes the game seems to load something and may hitch but it's far from often as it was before the patch.

bioshock infinite or the OG bioshock? If it's infinite, the stuttering issue should have been fixed by the latest patch on steam. The only stutter here and there are sometimes the game seems to load something and may hitch but it's far from often as it was before the patch.

Infinite..and yea that's what I'm talkin bout...also...after playin on my PC for about 6 hours today...my average FPS dropped..like..in Tomb Raider it went from 89 to 85-86 after gaming and testing things for about 6 hours..is that normal?..

Well I'd assume that the game's framerate wouldn't stay locked at a specific framerate that high throughout the whole game. That seems like minimal loss.

I wouldn't worry about it. If it dropped from 89 to say 60-65 when nothing was changed then I'd look into it.

I think it's because I sold a code and codes aren't tangible items so it looks like I'm slow with the shipping to ebay/paypal. I tried ticking free shipping but it still asked me to print something or whatnot. I kind of just ignored it since.

Yea..it's when im running the benchmark...the avg fps on the benchmark went down a few notches..and I tried it 3 times..same thing..when before it was about 4 frames higher on average..just making sure nothing is wrong..I figured it might be cause I been working the hard so hard today..
