There is a button on the bottom that says "Make Public" when you are viewing all your wish lists.

:snoop: I give up...but I'll look at your build. I really like the current graphics card because of the free games it comes with it and its pretty much future proof for the next 2 years :ld:

@Dooby take a look at my $1000 build in the first post of this thread and if you want to swap the 660 Ti with the 7950 it almost comes out to the same.

Also take a look at the 1080P monitor I linked. You are overpaying for the wireless keyboard and mouse, Windows 8, and are also overpaying for the HDMI cable.

Overpaying for keyboard and mouse? It's 20 dollars I don't think I can get much cheaper...and as for windows 8 I'm trying to go for windows 7 but how could i get it for cheaper if possible? And I know about the HDMI cable but I want quality I don't know if they change much in between price points :lupe:

Yes it'll be just as good.

@Dooby honestly bro.. upgrading your computer at this stage is kind of pointless in my opinion.. the amount of hardware piff we will be blessed with by the end of this year or price drops by even just september/oct will be :blessed:

trust me, im not one of those "if you keep waiting, might as well wait until the next thing" kinda people, im very impatient when it comes to wanting something I want computer wise. But all the new games/consoles/hardware/software are dropping end of this year which will mean more bang for your buck ($1000 computer in october will kill a $1000 computer now by far) or you can save hundreds by waiting till then too if you do decide to go with the current set up.

Also, for $130 you can get a way bigger monitor or even a gaming monitor for a little bit more if you choose to

I'm a former console player trying to make the switch to PC, is there any good ways to be able to adjust to mouse aiming? What did you guys do to make the complete switch? Sick of missing shots in Quake Live/UT.

I was fortunate enough to play against top players in UT like Infinite so I got to play against the worlds best, id get whooped but in any game the only way to get better is to play people better than you

@Liquid

3 GB over 192 bit bus is currently a no no so I recommend you stick to recommending the 2 GB variants of that 660 TI.

I'm not feeling having to jump through hoops to get to this thread, :ufdup:

edit: I'd go ahead and recommend the 7950 at that price point, PowerColor AX7950 3GBD5-2DHV4 Radeon HD 7950 Boost State 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Newegg.com
its linked on the sticky thread :ufdup:

So that means we can save a bit of cash then? That means even more we can add to the build :youngsabo:

The $1,000 PC is down to $905.25 after selling the games that come with the 7950. Might throw in the xbox 360 controller in there, add a better case, and an aftermarket heatsink :demonic:

@2gunsup I have about $94 left total...what case would you add for about $60 after MIR?
