That's only if you cop the digital version.
That's a big problem for me man. I hope I can somehow stick a 3TB hard drive in the PS4 and forget about the storage issues.

That 500GB (465 minus OS + reserved space) on an xbox one and PS4 are going to go QUICK

quick question, (for upgrade purposes) is it plausible to..............

get a used 6950 to crossfire with my current one instead of upgrading to a new card?
thing is, not sure if my antec 550 psu can support crossfired 6950s+a sandy/ivy setup .... so might have to get a new psu for that scenario

I desperately want an upgrade but I'm gonna wait until the dust from new consoles has settled and we get more word on Steamboxes. I'm rocking my laptop in the meantime and it works well enough.

I'm almost done with my new build, just need a new video card :noah:
Planning on a 7950 or 7970. Any thoughts?

PCPartPicker part list

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($178.00)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($7.00)
Motherboard: Biostar TZ77A ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($80.00)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($27.50)
Storage: Intel 330 Series 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($0.00)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 6670 1GB Video Card ($0.00)
Case: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($64.99)
Case Fan: Antec TrueQuiet 120 35.8 CFM 120mm Fan ($5.00)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($50.00)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional (OEM) (64-bit) ($0.00)
Keyboard: Cooler Master Storm Quick Fire Pro Wired Gaming Keyboard ($45.00)
Other: LG GGC-H20L Blu-ray/HD DVD-ROM & 16X DVD±R DVD Burner ($0.00)
Total: $457.49

I currently have this set up and running well, but the CPU fan seems too loud. I think I fukked up applying the thermal paste. The SSD, Optical Drive and Video Card are carry-overs from my previous PC.

I also picked one of these up for $400.00:

As long as you don't expect miracles @ 1440P either card is fine. shyt takes serious horsepower to push 2560 x 1440 pixels @ 60 fps with AA though having it disabled you should be fine. I'd actually go with the 7970 and bios flash it to a GHZ edition.

So had to return something at Micro Center today and I took a stroll through the open box section before I left and stumbled upon the following mistagged box,

Had to take it, I'll drop it in my HTPC or something, :manny:

Tiger Direct has a GPU sale going on.

GTX 660 FTW ST and the HD Radeon HD 7950...both 3GB.

i'm leaning towards the 660 because i like PHSX.

what do you guys think?
