Damn it is bad. I have been looking at the game on steam the past couple of days contemplating.

It was a beautiful but boring game. Some people loved it, I couldn't stand it. I spent most of the game running from one spot on the ginormous map to the other.

Any suggestions on cleaning up this mess with the wiring? I tried connecting the fans to an adapter that came with the PSU in order to have multiple fans connected to 1 socket. The fans are also 3 pins, while most of the spots for them on my mobo are 4.

my case has a crawl space behind the mobo that i snaked the connections behind. if you don't have that then i would suggest zip lines or something.
your set don't look too bad though.

Looks real good for your first time. Like Orbital said, try running as many wires as you can via the backside of the mobo if you are able to. The extra pin on 4-pin fans is for PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation). To keep it simple it allows the mobo to regulate the speed of the fan. 3-pin fans usually run at full speed unless the motherboard has the capability to lower the speed via the voltage regulation.

Where's everyone elses build pics, :comeon:

Edit, Here is an example of your case wired right,

Yeah, I read up on the stuff about the fans. I was trying to connect 2 of them with this wire that came with the PSU... But it must have been too much going through it because when I hooked it up that way the PC wouldn't turn on.

I didn't have any wires hanging over the video card when I had it like that too, but since it didn't work, I had to just roll with it. I'm going to see what I can manage with running some stuff behind the mobo and using some zip ties.
