Yo, quick question. The HX850 is sold out on newegg now, will a 750W PSU suffice for a dual 280x, amd sempron 145, 1 hdd mining rig?

I just worry about that 24x7x365 operation breh. That shyt gets me like

I would get a rosewill capstone gold rated 750W for that and save $50 on each of my builds. Should be smooth since you are only using 680 from the wall with your dual 290x's

Yeah I just did some research on the capstone. I think I am going with that because it saves me about $210 overall setting up all these mining rigs

Like dude said the Capstone is actually the better unit/choice, especially if you're just running 2x 280x's on your rigs. Even if you needed more wattage there would be better choices than the HX850. To me it was RM vs HX cause that's all Micro Center had available and I needed my fix at that moment.

Trill story. I'm the biggest Corsair fan because they've given me no problems with RMA's in the past. Like bent over backwards and twerked status, but this dude be having me looking at em in some other way at times

His hate for Corsair is real..

corsair has one of the best customer services in the game. its the reason why they are so synonymous in pc hardware. but their products are a bit too overpriced for me.

Can someone in here point me in the right direction for a decent graphics card? The PC I built has a graphics card good enough to play The Sims but Dragon Age 2 and Skyrim lag like crazy! A friend tole me the Nvidia gtx 670 is good enough but is it I still don't know enough about graphics cards

But I think 760 will be the absolute minimum (especially the 4GB variant) unless someone can tell me otherwise
