I second the compressed air

I used to have a vacuum cleaner that blew air out which worked well

back in the days I used to completely dismantle my computer and clean every single thing, after a few times when it couldnt restarts after re-plugin everything I gave that up
:wtf: compressed air ain't cleaning the dust just moving it around :mjlol:

but all he needs is to blow it off the devices

that's why I do it outside. I try to blow most of the dust out. but the important part is that I get it off the heatsinks and fans. I do usually use a damp cloth to wipe dust off the bottom of the case

you shouldn't use a regular vacuum, because there's a high chance of ESD. you really don't want to be touching, or wiping, circuit boards for the same reason. that's why using compressed air is the preferred way to clean a PC. those 'PC vacuums' are also able to blow air, and not cause ESD

I have filters on all my intakes, but some dust still manages to sneak in

I'm guessing this is how you clean your Surface Book

:jbhmm:How much you selling that 980ti for?
I said I was trading it :stopitslime:

this dude ensured me the 3 550ti's will get better performance. I'm also sending some money to help him pay the taxes on a large sum of money he's gonna transfer to my bank account. I know I can trust him because he's a Prince in Nigeria
