My god Crysis 3 is just unmatched when it comes to visuals. :leon:

On MEDIUM settings I'm hitting 40-60FPS in these intense graphical moments. I would've thought I'd be getting 20fps from the way guys harp about how crappy ________ video card is. Is it safe to say that this game should serve as a benchmark and however it performs on your system should give you an idea on how future games will run??

Crysis 3 can't beat last boss. Intentional for "redbox" copy??

:noah: This game is pure graphics porn. The higher framerate too??? :ohlawd: I swear every next gen game should AT LEAST look like Crysis 3 on low-medium because it STILL looks amazing. I'm literally shaking my head saying "damn" @ how good the sh1t looks.

Not surprising for someone that was an exclusive PS3 gamer for so long. After enduring those shytty graphics for so long im sure any PC or 360 game would wow the shyt out of you right now. ...:heh:

Alright brehs

Lil backstory; my history with PC gaming include 7-8 years of runescape and guild wars. I had to settle for guild wars because WoW had a monthly fee.

I want to get back into PC gaming but I don't know what kind of PC/Laptop I should get. Elder Scrolls Online is a must.

My question: what kind of laptop/pc should I get and what price range am I lookin at?

Many Thanks (daps & reps) to any who can help

If you can, build your own.

For starters, check this link out and see what price you're willing to pay for a GFX card.
Best Graphics Cards For The Money: February 2013 : Best Graphics Cards For The Money, February Updates
After that do the same for a CPU.
Best Gaming CPUs For The Money: February 2013 : Best Gaming CPUs For The Money, February Updates

Once you find what you want in those two categories, look online for a compatible motherboard that supports your CPU socket type. Get a case, RAM(DDR3), an adequate power supply and the other essentials e.g. disc drive, hard drive and you're straight. You could spend maybe $500 for a moderate setup that'll play that game fine and any others before that.
