When trying to play Skyrim Legendary, it kind of stutters when looking around and I;m not playing on max settings, I have the resolution up to 1080P on a 21' monitor with HDMI. Here are my specs:

I knew it. So should I try the cross fire two average video cards or do I have to spend like $200 on a new card?
whats a good card to get? and until I can come up with that kind of money, how can I make my current shyt work with out the lag?
