Do any of you use software to control your case fans? My system is loud as duck
What case and fans you got?
Yeah I use next’s cam but it’s dogshyt just don’t care enough to use something better since my temps are better now that I have a custom front panel
The case is an Asus AP201.
And now that I think about it, I’m not sure if it’s the case fans (be quiet light wings) or the Deepcool LS520 AIO fans making the noise.

I'm going to guess its the radiator fans. In my experience the loudest fans are usually the CPU related fans.
Seems like it’s not loud every time I’m playing.
But I have another issue: I’m using a Z690 motherboard for a 13700K. I acquired 3dMark and my CPU score seems low. And the motherboard won’t run my ram at its full speed.
Also, I have 3 m.2 slots and the motherboard won’t recognize drives in one of the slots.
I did some googling and this is all common when using an Asus z690 mobo with 13th gen.
But I have another issue: I’m using a Z690 motherboard for a 13700K. I acquired 3dMark and my CPU score seems low. And the motherboard won’t run my ram at its full speed.

Not sure yet. I should’ve went z790 from the start.
But when I was looking into it originally; people on Reddit were all, “There’s no point in going z790 blah, blah.”

Could a bios update help with the ram speed? As for the m.2 slot not being recognized, I think that it may be sharing the chipset of the PCI slots and taken off line if a certain PCI slot is used. I have two m.2 slots and am using the one further down from the cpu. Supposedly the one closer to the cpu runs faster but whatever. The one I'm using has a dope heatsink so I used that.

Need these GPU prices to keep dropping so I can build a new rig.
Yeah, I've got a 1070 and a 970 that are still doing their thing but I would love a 3070 for my personal rig. Pop the 1070 in the living room pc and bam!

Same here, running a 1070 but need that 3070 and a new rig all together.
Already updated the bios. But I’ll double check the motherboard manual about the m.2 slot.
