Unreal Engine 4 Elemental Demo - YouTube

My brethren, Epic has claimed it only requires 1 TFLOP of GPU performance to really get the engine to shine..that's basically a 560 (not ti) ....we about to eat REAL GOOD off these next consoles.

Hey breh's, I plan on building a PC over the next few months and wanted some advice.

The current part's i'm looking to buy include....

Intel Core i5 3550 Processor Turbo Quad-Core 77W
BIOSTAR TZ77B LGA 1155 Intel Z77 ATX Intel Motherboard
Corsair Memory 8 Dual Channel Kit DDR3 1600 8 GB Kit
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB
SanDisk Extreme SSD 120GB GB SATA*
Sony AD-7280S-0B 24x SATA Internal DVD+/-RW
Rosewill HIVE 550W 80*PLUS Bronze Modular Power Supply
Corsair Carbide Series*300R Case
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler

Everything is gonna run me about $875. Think this is enough to run most games now and in the future?

Is it best to wait and buy all this shyt at once or buy it over time when the price is cheap as possible. I'm afraid that if I buy some of the parts now and the rest in a few months, a better vid card or processor will be out by the time I get everything together. :noah:

You need a HDD (maybe you already have one).

If you can, buy it all at once. Theres always gonna be a new chip coming out so thats kinda unavoidable. I mean obviously theres already superior vid cards out there.

as soon as your machine parts release, it's obsolete, so you just have to go with something. that setup should run the vast majority of games more than fine.
