yeah, i will waitI want one with a better than stock cooler. I think all you can get are reference ones right now. Plus I gotta wait on my Amex Blue Cash Prefered and Chase Freedom cards to arrive in the mail. If I spend $1000 a piece on each of them I can get $350 cash back bonus. The PS4 and XB1 leave me about a grand short. This will leave me like $400 short.Day 1 is today.

i thought it was for power consumption reasons.isn't the point of those high end single gpu cards to provide the performance in a small quiet form factor?

my point is if you're chasing performance per dollar, and don't care about size, heat, power, or noise, a SLI/CF setup will usually be best

I need to get a cpu upgrade first as I swear it's a bottleneck in certain games I've played. what y'all think is better?? getting a amd upgrade that's as good as say an i5 joint or switching over to Intel?
