Day 1 is today.

Wait for them G-Sync 1440p jump offs, :noah:
I want one with a better than stock cooler. I think all you can get are reference ones right now. Plus I gotta wait on my Amex Blue Cash Prefered and Chase Freedom cards to arrive in the mail. If I spend $1000 a piece on each of them I can get $350 cash back bonus. The PS4 and XB1 leave me about a grand short. This will leave me like $400 short.

From what I've gathered those are coming in November. But yeah, good idea waiting, from the reviews the stock cooler is ass.

isn't the point of those high end single gpu cards to provide the performance in a small quiet form factor?

i thought it was for power consumption reasons.

that too

my point is if you're chasing performance per dollar, and don't care about size, heat, power, or noise, a SLI/CF setup will usually be best

don't those have compatibility issues and driver issues constantly?

Putting the order in for the 290X brehs :blessed:

Can't beat that price per dollar. Mantle API, TrueAudio.

Will wait to see the non-reference cards and will possible add an after-market cooler (first time that I will be doing that).

AMD :blessed:

I need to get a cpu upgrade first as I swear it's a bottleneck in certain games I've played. what y'all think is better?? getting a amd upgrade that's as good as say an i5 joint or switching over to Intel?

Can't go wrong with that fx 8350. Loving it. Stock sink was garbage though.
