i'm very happy with my 760 and the detail that physx adds is something that i really enjoy.

for $250 i'm very happy and there are not many cards better than the 760 without the price going up at an exponential level that is not on par with performance.

i'm not made of money so i have been upgrading my card every 2 years for a while now.

the past 4 years i have been upgrading annually.

im just saying 760 is good NOW
but this is why people have this misconception that shyt gets out dated quick on computers, its cause yall aint building them right. 760 will play bf4 good NOW but when BF5 comes out the 760 will be :flabbynsick:

BUT if you would of got a 770, 780 or 790 INSTEAD it will be good until BF5

I hope this all makes sense

not only that for $250 you could of got an AMD card that is just a notch below the 770 GTX in power but way above the 760 in power

im not trying to be mean, yall all good people who post in this thread, just trying to be real...

770 is going for $400
780 is going for $650
790 does not exist...either way, i'm not dropping that kinda money for a GPU.

I just got done saying the x90 versions come out later :stopitslime:

If for what ever reason they skip the 790 (doubt it) the 700 series would be the first series i can think of off the top of my head without a 90 version

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
When I had a GTX 550 Ti on my first build, I liked that physx was something I could take advantage of despite it being implemented in one game I owned(No actually I forgot Metro w/e has it.) When Tomb Raider came out and I was hearing about how Tressfx runs better on AMD cards, I convinced myself I was in dire need of an upgrade and it would be an AMD card for that reason. I got that card and it ran beautifully but that's also because a 7870>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>GTX 550Ti. Now Nvidia coming out with this price slash for the 770 which isn't too shabby and on top of that I like how they implement downsampling natively.
Yea as u know I have the 7870 ghz right now and I just copped the Sapphire Toxic 280x...my first card for my first build was a 6850..so I never even fully experienced physx yet..which is why I was on the market for an Nvidia card before I bought this 280x...it's just that before the price drop it made absolutely no sense to get one..even tho this card I just bought is stronger I can't help but feel like I missed out a lil bit...

It's not really much imo, just some debris and paper flying around in Batman Arkham Origins and it's other games.
