you might think that's funny but i'd do that.lol @ winb buying it and his fps dropping below 30 for one second and put that shyt on Craigslist
Man that's so gay. That's a big difference. It's a lot more than just paper and debris this go around for Batman.

overclocking gpus so much funner than cpu overclocking
Arkham City was just terribly optimized in general..most people had issues with that game..Can't tell if Arkham origins is just well optimized or just has shyttier graphics than it's successors. I can run everything at max at pretty much 60fps. Couldn't do that shyt in Arkham City (but I guess that was more open world). Plus, I think Arkham City just looked better. Anybody agree, or am I just not far enough in the game to see good graphics?
niceWell i finally did it. My parts for my new build should be here by Nov. 5th
Went with the following:
Asus Sabertooth 990x Motherboard
Azza Solano 1000 Full Tower Gaming Case
AMD FX-9370 Eight Core @ 4.7 Ghz ( i was gonna get the 8350 and OC it but this was only $40 more)
Cool Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler
WD Green 2 TB Hard Drive
Patriot Viper 3 Series Black Mamba 16GB(2x8) Desktop Memory 1600Mhz
Thermaltake 750W EVO_BLUE 2.0 80 plus GOLD Power Supply
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X VAPOR-X 2GB Video Card
ASUS 24" Wide 1080p LED, Speakers, 1ms, 2x HDMI Monitor
I'll get an SSD in January

back when i bought that 670 (not 660) it was the second best graphics card on the market and Nvidia and AMD were swearing up and down no new cards this year so there was no R9 or 700 series above it. card had been on the market about 6ish months. a few months after i bought it i get Tomb Raider and shyt is dipping all over the place with the frame rate.

how does that compare to me going out in 2014 and buying a 660 vanilla? really i wanna know.
i think it was TXAA but i can't remember now and i reformatted my PC since then so the settings weren't saved.Tomb Raider on release was pretty much a mess performance wise. I have to ask which AA option you were using though. SSAA is pretty much a no go with most single card solutions @ 1080p and above. If set to 2x it would be rendering your game at 2688x1512 and then downscaling. If 4x, then it would have been rendering at 3840x2160, aka 4K.
