my FPS is just fine and I get the eye candy that AMD can't give me.
if i'm not mistaken Nvida cards draw less power and have lower temps.
i'm not talking as an Nvidia stan here...i've gone back and forth between Nvidia and AMD for the past 13 years.
right now i'm feeling Nvidia.

so theres a SLIGHT possibility that i might sell my 6950, what should i upgrade to?
since amd has been sold out/price spiked to death everywhere (fukking miners), i was thinking of going nvidia...... but their mid tier cards arent that great

I mean.. theres no new games coming out soon.. and nVidia 800 series will be out around the time of the next wave of games (titanfall, elder scrolls online, diablo 3 expansion or whatever you prefer)
so really cant see buying a new card now unless you just got money like that to throw around
780ti is a beast card, but if the 800 continues the trend of previous nvidia series, the 870gtx will be hundreds less expensive and just as or close to as good as the 780ti and the 880ti will crush everyones buildings just like the 780ti is doing right now.. I mean we are talking 3(minimum)-5 months (max wait time) til 800 series comes out and honestly no new game is coming out till at least spring time

Cliffy B is returning to making games and is planning on making a PC FPS arena shooter. I'm pretty excited for this project because the PC is starving for a "defacto" PC shooter. CS is on life support. He wants it to be PC exclusive.
