Yea breh. People were/are dumping $10,000+ at a time into these mining rigs as an investment. Some recoup, some don't. Some profit very well.

i can't view the link in your post but when i quoted you i saw the link to your mobo and case.
the link you gave is to your checkout which is attached to your amazon account and is private.
in my opinion, you should look at how much power the graphics card needs. that's gonna be what eats up the most juice.
and like many people have said here before, do not get a cheap PSU. you will regret it.

i have a 700 watt Cooler Master. it's more than i need right now but i will be adding a second video card so i'm glad i have it.

what card do you have or are going to get.

getting a cheap card tbh. might get the gtx 690 in 6 months tbh :wow:

The links I posted explain in some detail. It's basically using the cards as specialized processors for solving certain problems.

I am on a forum and a kid I know cashed out 50k in 6 months. His btc wallet was worth 70k but he solod iot for cheap to a chinese guy who will then sell it to ppl as exchange. I regret it now. Could have made some serious money a few months ago

i just took a closer look at it and all it has is a pci express x4...that's it.
go meet up with 1998 and give it back to him if you already got it.

you need serious guidance in this matter and i don't know if i'm the man to give it.

sounds kinds like "folding at home"

http://folding.stanford.edu/

its exactly like folding, but instead, you use your gpu power to solve algorithms to "mine" a block of internet dirt.

eventually once you mine the block of internet dirt enough, there should be coin(s) in it.

you can work in groups with other miners known as "pools" to achieve this even faster.

but if you have set up a dedicated farm, you can achieve this solo.

get a mobo(s) with 4 pcie slots each, and about 20 graphic cards..... beast farm

theres also CPU mining but thats a totally different subject.

the people who profit the most are the ones who play the market right, and those who can farm for free (because they dont need to pay for electricity bills)

-are you going MICRO atx? or MINI atx?
-what intel socket are you tryna build? sandy/ivy (1155) or haswell (1150)
-the better mainstream brand small cases have enough room to fit a regular sized PSU, if not you can just filter your search results to "micro atx psu" or "mini atx psu"
-check back here or look up reviews for the psu's you plan to buy
