He'll still be able to play games at higher settings than you though (or at least with better fps). Most games are GPU dependent (except for watch dogs, etc.).

You cant maximize your gpu with a derelict cpu. SO basically his graphic performance compared to mine is marginal and his physics are basically the same as mine. So basically, he doesnt have much of an advantage on me. No noticeable difference at least.
