Fan 1: Hey WWE is coming to town. Tickets are cheap. Want to go?

Fan 2: HHH there?

Fan 1: Yea

Fan 2: fukk that. He will do the pedigree and the whole show will suck. Matter fact I don't watch it now because of that one move. I cancelled my network because of the pedigree

Said no one ever :heh:

Ain't nobody about to bust out a Sharpshooter either.

Any variation of a submission move can look realistic in a fight. Just look at how Bret locked the Sharpshooter onto Mr. Perfect at SummerSlam 91. You're telling me that doesn't look like a legitimate finisher? The Sharpshooter requires no pageantry like the Pedigree requires.

I don't disagree that any submission looks legitimate in a fight, but you're assuming all fights are clean fights. And even though the Sharpshooter doesn't have the theatrics of the Pedigree, you still gotta get someone off their feet to apply it, and if you gonna knock someone down, you might as well knock them out.
