Most people eat junk food because it is a very cheap way to entertain/bring joy into their life.

We ALL have experienced it, but again what worked for me and you doesn’t necessarily work for everybody else. Let’s not sit here and act there aren’t elders or people with clout telling Zion he’s overweight and his conditioning is trash.

Zion is a grown ass adult and is more than capable of being self aware and knowing that he has an issue that needs to get under control. You know if you’re overweight and it’s not something that someone should have to tell you.

You’re making excuses for him when it’s been a recurring issue with him for years now.
