Am I saying there's no situation where Oz wouldn't kill Vic is he had to? No, but the show has done nothing to even indicate that direction. When does Oz kill and do dirt? When nikkas laugh at him or back him into a corner. Vic has the power to do neither

We've seen these cases where an actor will be like "Man y'all gone be MAD by the end watch" or hinting at some kind of surprise, then when the show ends it was an embellishment 
when it doesn't. That's how I'm seeing this whole "Oz better not kill Vic" situation. Hell look at the way nikkas are psyching themselves up to think Batmans gonna be in the last episode despite Reeves saying he won't

But that does bring us back to "what would make us hate him so bad?" and I can't say for sure, but I think Oz killing Vic is far more unlikely than everyone else because the show has deliberately shown us "Fukk the world" Oz and "I gotta take care of mine" Oz. Oz stays preaching the fukk the world shyt to Vic because he sees this poor kid with a disability just like he was. I can't stress this enough
Vic would have to be in a position to ridicule Oz, or have his back against the wall for me to think he would kill Vic. Every time we've seen scumbag Oz it's been in those positions

That’s crazy that’s all it took was Sophia coming to kill her and saying my dad was hangman and Oswald set me up. No proof or evidence just straight flip on him. All it took was a brief 5 minute conversation from somebody you don’t know to turn on somebody who held you down. At least Oswald give the chance to explain himself first before you get his mom killed.
She never knew about the mom and she knew as well as anyone Oz would always put Oz first. I'm pretty sure not having a bullet in her head also played a part in the gratitude cuz I definitely thought it was a wrap.
