Can some lawyer/legal brehs explain this part I didn't understand. Why did part of the tapes get played in court, even though Judge Ito already read the transcripts?

Damn that is crazy as fukk this trial wasn't considered a mistrial, how did they even manage to keep that. I guess that is why Ito kept parts of the Furhman tapes that related only to perjury.

i already posted this when mark fuhrer made his first appearance in court. let the tapes marinate in your mind and then think about how faux news hired him as their law enforcement expert. and shyt like that is why if someone ever starts a sentence with i saw on faux news or faux new said, i shut that shyt down immediately. i don't want any part of what that racist "news" outlet is reporting.
