What did you all think of the album?

Funny you should mention that. They had I, Phantom, as well. I told Jewnited States I'd buy it, and then forgot; and then I turned around to return The Perceptionists joint for I, Phantom, but I thought it'd be too risky, considering my girl had just stole some hello kitty crap for her and a Biggie t-shirt for me

I'm going back to get I Phantom and and Fantastic Damage (maybe. Don't know if I want to buy another El-P album. I've been having some Def Jux nostalgia, though).

It's pretty good Mr lif's voice can Grate over the course of an entire project so having Akrobatik back up it's cool.

Fantastic damage is my favourite el-p project including funcrusher plus.
Although as a rapper he got wayyyy too cryptic(he never had flow).

Fantastic Damage is awesome. The song Time out of Joint is probably my favorite El-P song. Beat, lyrics, the structure of the song, it's genius. It even made me check out Philip K. dikk books, where he got he title from. You can tell El-P gets his inspiration from those books, his instrumentals sound like soundtracks to them.

He has an impressive vocabulary, but sometimes he's off the wall with his associations.
