I consider myself somewhat of a boobologist or connoisseur. i've been able to eyeball bra sizes since middle school. as much as I love huge titties, not all girls can wear DD's without them being:

A) saggy

B) on a flabby & sick body

so on a skinny frame, i'd say the perfect size in terms of size & perkiness would be a c36, or perhaps a d34
