Both were impressive but the Fisherman Suplex is my choice.
Also, The Giant/Big Show was the GOAT team player. He could've sandbagged all of these dudes that used their finisher on him, but he didn't.

The Jackhammer was impressive in terms of Goldberg's power, but the way Hennig executed the Perfectplex was a thing of beauty. Perfectplex, IMO.

Holding someone of that size in the air even for a few seconds is tougher than suplexing them, especially since Big Show flipped for Henning. Both needed cooperation but the Jackhammer was more difficult.
