Mark Jackson is just what they need. Even if they get an elite coaching talent, he'd just teach offensive prone players (other than Osh Ackson) to be better and smarter at offense. These nikkas need toughness and fukking defense. I dont think a single player there other than Bledsoe and maybe Chandler has shown real defensive talent at any point in their careers

Ryan Mcdonough always waits until it's too late for a trade.

Isaiah Thomas hated his role as sixth man for months. Dragic hated the 3 point guard lineup. It took so long to trade Isaiah that Dragic got pissed he demanded a trade himself. Ended up losing both (and trading the Lakers pick to replace Dragic with Knight).

Markieff was pissed his brother was traded and demanded a trade in the summer. Management waited for half a season to trade him while he phoned it in on the court and sulked in the locker room. Not good for team chemistry that year.

Booker started breaking out in the 2nd half of his rookie season and it was clear he would be a key starter. Management had an opportunity to move Brandon Knight in 2016 free agency when everyone had cap space and Knight had good value coming off a 20 and 5 season. Instead they kept Knight and tried to use him as a sixth man. It backfired and he regressed. No one wants Knight now.

Mcdonough is lucky he got a recent extension. Having so many players wanting out under his watch isn't a good look. Dragic, Isaiah Thomas, Markieff Morris and now Bledsoe. Earl Watson was hired to prevent these situations from happening again but obviously that didn't work out.

Feel kinda bad for Watson though. Its one thing to lose but to get blown out by 40+ in 2 out of the first three games to start a season is indicative of lack of effort on the part of the players. Unless he was a complete a$$hole no coach deserves that
