IMO it's not better than ER but it is damn good.

Yes I am being over critical when I say this. I worked security at a hospital in the mid 2000's. All those incidents happening in 1 day would never happen. Yes I get it, it's just TV entertainment but the over the top drama in just one day stood out to me. Despite that, yes the show is good.

The show is just all around good medical drama, without unnecessary storylines.. it's all raw hospital shyt with enough to keep you emotional invested in characters
