If you do drugs habitually for a long time, you will rewire your brain. So when you stop doing them, you will be “off” because you have created a new normal that your mind and body isn’t used to. You will find it difficult to enjoy life.

You need to stay off the drugs that you were on. You should look into meditation. You have to get in tune with yourself because you forgot who you really are. I would start mind quieting excercises to eliminate mind chatter. Any time you hear the “voice in your head” having thoughts, immediately dismiss it. You will be amazed how quick you start to notice those thoughts coming less. This will help you with meditation.

You have to do drugs and not let them do you. They are only to be used in moderation and sparingly. Long term abuse makes you lose touch because you are constantly escaping reality and creating a new one. This will have you caught in the fog and you will have to complete reset to regain mental clarity back and take the dullness out of life. Depending on the type and how long you were abusing drugs, the longer this will take.

Point me in the right direction of sum Shrooms breh, I want to try em before I die

I'm from the hood so hood N1ggas don't know nada bout that
:feedme:

 Keep in mind that you need TIME for shrooms and other hallucinogens. A minimum of 4 hours or so is ideal, 'cause once your high leaves the hangar, you ain't seeing the ground until the flight is over no matter how bad you want to get off .

This seems like real talk. Yeah, breh, I've used drugs to cope since I was 16 (I'm 35 now). My mind is definitely wired for drugs. I love mediating actually. I've been doing it a lot recently. I dunno if it's helping or not though. :manny:

Yeah, I guess it will take time (considering my history). But, how long? I dunno. I'm at 35 and all fukked up cuz of the thing that helped me get through life (i.e., drugs, if that isn't clear...hahaha). Drugs got to be to much and now I'm here, wondering when I will get back to normal. I hope it's soon :mjcry:

Thank god I never had kids. I can't imagine the damage I would have caused my children, during these last few years. In that regard, I'm :blessed:

100% real talk. So many people are like "I don't feel it," and then they take more. 2 hours later, they're on a bad trip, wanting to die. :smh:

Yeah breh, that's how I feel (not adderall, but other shyt). shyt's :mjcry: though
I feel you, thats why I refuse to even try a lot of shyt. Seen what what happened to DMX & my uncle and I want no parts of that shyt.

Only other thing I tried was weed twice and that shyt was wack to me both times.

I never OD'd. I love hard drugs (coke, benzos and opiates, mainly). My life was good when taking drugs. Now my life sucks. I'm a boring person, I'm not as creative, and I'm super anxious. I feel that doing drugs led to a better life. The problem is, these drugs fukk you uthp physically. My body can't take them anymore. Because of that, my life has changed. I'm not sure if you can relate, but if you can, how did you get back to "normal?"

the effects of the drugs masked who you were as a real person. You are the same person but you just arent numb to it anymore.

Gotta do shyt the hard way to get that feeling naturally.

That's the reason Edibles with slow acting properties get such a bad rep 'cause the undisciplined or uninformed expect immediate results and often end up overdosing and having bad ones that traumatized 'em'n'shyt.

Having a sitter monitor you is also a plus, since you might not be able to adjust quick enough to your new altered mental state and might harm yourself on some deluded shyt.

Need to plan a strategy for this shyt lest you want it fukk up ya daily.

How often do you take them? You don't feel a crash?
Depends, most times its 5x a week before work. If I have a class or need to study on the weekend I'll take one then too.

Nah, Never had a crash with them.
