Disagree somewhat. Race is our strongest assembler. We're fightin' racism.

But we do need more to unify around. Knowledge/history, what racism really is and what it's doin', and how to conquer it.

Basically, folks need to know Black is more than a skin color.
People's parts to be played are affected by a racist system. The system is designed to let only a few through, only to disguise the existence of racism, or serve the system in some way. If those that get through, if those with knowledge and charisma don't share and inform and plan, the parts most folks play will never be more than they are.

But racism isn't our only fight. We are fighting criminals within our own race, gang bangers, drug dealers who share our skin tone and destroy lives. So I agree, in the fight against white supremacy, race is what we have to stand on.

But we really need to guide and direct these young brothers and sisters into succeeding in education and assigning them responsibility. "Youre going to be a senator" "youre going to be a lawyer" "youre going to be a judge".

First off, I know how to make my own way of life. That's not the point. Point is, we lack leadership and we have to admit that. We need TRUE leaders with a positive agenda in place for our community.

Okay, I agree with you there with stepping up to the plate. However, we still have people that aren't doing anything. I've donated and etc my money to these causes. We all have to chip in and do work. I've also used to clean litter off the streets when I was in ROTC on the weekends. I will admit we all have to take responsibility.

Im not against the concept of a "black leader" unifying everyone

what Im saying is that the community has changed to such a point that its not going to happen and there is more chance of advancement of our goals if we all did our part and came together to form a consensus

Theres not a single black leader who I 100% agree with, whether its Farrakhan, Polight , Umar Johnson , Jesse Jackson, dikk Gregory, Obama...

I would rather support them as a whole If they came together to form a non dominational council

The number 1 problem is The BLACK CITY COUNCILMAN AND WOMEN in many of these communities... im seeing too many times they out for payola like radio djs to benefit them

Completely disagree. The number of criminals, gang bangers & drug dealers is tied directly to racism. Slavery, Jim Crow, and whatever they want to call this new version plays a major role in our condition.

I don't think it's deeper than white supremacy. I do think we'd have a new set of problems if white folks dropped dead today. But they would be what type of systems we would set up. Govt, economics, infrastructure, education, etc.

Of course greed existed. But how many American/Western Black folks were well off before they went to jail? This new slavery, new jim crow attacks the weakest of us. The poor, those without knowledge and information. Those are the folks that take up the majority of space in prison.

White supremacists sacrifice their own, are corrupt, etc. The systems in place around the world are designed to serve only a few. But still, America leads the world in incarceration per capita, by far. And Blacks account for a drastically disproportionate number of the incarcerated.

We do have internal issues. But we won't know which of them are directly related to white supremacy until there is no more white supremacy. Most reasons behind most crimes can be linked to fruits of this racist society.
