he a fun villain if they use him , he kidnap a kid cause he aware Frank lost his children to use it as leverage against him. He kind of like Doakes from Dexter that he genuinely thinks Franks a weirdo. but you have to walk a fine line cause Ennis verison is drug lord that uses his razor teeth to rip in to people - it can fall in to stereotype kind of fast

He’s basically Frank if he completely goes off the rails and is charismatic. He has all the same skills as Frank and fought alongside Nick Fury. He’s more of Frank’s rival than Jigsaw to a lot of people.This looks
