As seen on WWE TV as of late, WWE has been featuring Antonio Cesaro and his giant swing move. The idea is that the giant swing is a babyface spot so they're looking at getting Cesaro to turn babyface. Despite their recent wins, WWE creative is looking at breaking up the team of Cesaro and Jack Swagger.

The psychology of being a babyface is not about being a nice guy. It's what befits how you present yourself and knowing babyface tactics 101. Some of the old 1980s corny shyt they do with Cena is a self burying technique but being against the grain and having your back against the wall while doing your best and not crying about it? Fans will flock to or at the very least be INTRIGUED by such an development.

he doesn't seem to have the charisma to be a good babyface. he doesn't even speak for himself as a heel. he is the ultimate project tho. he's clearly talented, and does stuff in the ring no one else can or is doing. but how do you push him?

If they push him as a face. It would have to be based off of his strength and in ring abilities. Sort of an "all about business" type of gimmick. That Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn, Benoit type of persona. He just isn't a talker nor is he naturally charismatic. As a Heel he was doing fine, just keep him off the mic and stop the stupid trumpet dance. As a Heel you book him as a physical machine like you would as a Face except have him commit heel atrocities such as a couple of finishers after the bell rings or something of that nature.
