i remember that shyt. im 34 i remember how crazy shyt was around time that video dropped and how many years later it took to go to court after the arrest. kazaa and limewire was popping back then

Crazy folks were in school asking if people saw the vid as if it were a music video or cats selling the video at flea markets and gas stations

That's what im saying.

We know the man's a creep and a predator but until he's convicted of something and is standing in a court of law this is all another Twitter hashtag event of the week.

At the most he gets dropped by RCA I guess.:yeshrug:

Getting dropped would actually help him by making him independent and actually able to own his songs again. Like him or not, you have to know he has plenty of absolute smashes in his pissy vaults.

R Kelly #2 worldwide on twitter Aaliyah #4 Sparkle #14 i think its over for Robert.

Nah none of this is new info and hit songs always overpowers temporary emotions:hubie:.
Nobody says a word about Tyga now cus he came back with hits.

It's been 17 years since the tape came out everywhere & 25 years since the Aaliyah marriage was on covers of magazines. He won't be openly celebrated with lifetime achievement awards but he still gonna get play, especially from Black women.

My question has always been why do none of these outraged people go after all the artists who worked with R. Kelly AFTER the video tape?

For example Jay-Z stopped promoting Best Of Both Worlds because of the tape leaking and then went right back 2 years later to try it again by releasing another album and going on tour:stopitslime:.

R. Kelly has a song on the soundtrack for Tyler Perry's "Daddy's Little Girls" movie:rudy:.

He went from roughly 6 guest appearances pre-tape to 35+ with almost every top star you can name in the years since the tape's release. I won't even try to add up all the people who have guested on his albums (2 Chainz, Kelly Rowland, Migos, Snoop, Luda, Nelly, etc).

Kellz is dirty but nobody was saying anything when they benefited from him and plenty arent going to say a word because they knew and still worked with him. Kellz deserves the slander but you can't do that and excuse the other stars who publicly supported him by continuing to working with him:umad:.

the internet
The majority of crime is committed by cacs

Yet the majority of focus is on what crimes minorities committed

So please shut the fukk up cac
50% of the countries murders are done by black people.
and were only 13% of the population.

If I remember right...like 90% of those murder victims are black.

thats not why he beat the case...

just cause you pay someone money doesnt mean the LAW nor a JUDGE give a fukk about any of that :mjlol:

He beat the case cause LEGALLY he wasn't at fault. He met her under a false identity and she had a fake ID that showed her above age of consent.

If I remember correctly the basic details of the case(keep in mind this happened so long ago so some of these details may be a little off)... She snuck into a 21+ club (security fault), had a 21+ id (illegal on her part) and thats where R Kelly met her (in a legal setting, under false pretenses). It could happen to any of us honestly. From what I remember even Kelly's private security ID'd her again but again she had a 21+ ID..

The reason he gets heat for it so much is cause it exposed a pattern of him going after younger (but legal) girls which made the above incident look incredible bad. As it made it look intentional on his part (and only he will know if it was and that was just one hell of a story put together by the club and his legal team)

he also didnt seem remorseful for it either which makes him look bad as well

but at the end of the day

NOT GUILTY

GOAT R&B artist :wow:
nikka you made all this up. This shyt ain't true for shyt

you clearly don't understand the meaning of karma.

Karma isn't some tick for tat energy that settles all scores. Karma has nothing to do with “fate”. If you do something negative, it doesn't mean that something negative has to happen to you to “even it out”. Karma is actuallybased on your actions and thoughts in every single moment
Ok that does not say much either so whats the end game?

No reading something in print or hearing it on the news is a very different impact than when you personalize it and hear it from the individuals who witnessed the behavior. He's about to feel the heat in a brand new way.
