It was a decent movie. A lil overrated in here. I liked Dredd better
But Dredd was extremely awesome while this was more of what I was expecting out of Dredd.
Not a B movie. But not quite A status either. A solid B+ flick
It just seemed to drag on a lil bit. Like the fight scenes had me on the edge of my seat
But the story was
And the ending was jive

So I'm assuming pt.2 will be bruh vs bruh? I'll peep it, and I'll keep my expectations low so it can be that much better...

Did you see this movie before you seen Dredd?
I was really after I seen Dredd, and I can admit this movie was very similar
Had less of a hollywood budget/etc. And the story overall was a lil less fleshed out

So seeing this 2nd is why its probably not registering as high with me as you guys.

Luckily for me, I'm smart enough to recognize that and have hopes that part 2 can move the "genre" for lack of a better word, forward

I really liked Dredd as well. It was well shot, good action, and they stayed true to the atmosphere and gritty style of the original comics. Having said that, it's clear the apartment floor by floor fighting was ripped off from the Raid. Both really good flicks though.

Bruh, Dredd is almost identical to this movie which is what I got from the previews
Then while I was watching the movie it just seemed like a lower budgeted Dredd

yes, the movie was amazing (Dredd) and I didn't care for the previous movie, I dont' read comic books.
I heard about the reviews, we all did. Then a copy leaked, and the threads where everywhere talking about how Dredd was

I'm sure you know how to download it if its not on netflix. Watch it today
