Celtics are at least one year away. They simply don't have the offensive firepower and experience with Hayward injured + a bunch of young dudes who're still developing their craft. Teams like the Raptors, Wizards, even an argument can be made for the Heat, are in a better position for the postseason. I mentioned it a couple months ago, but the Cavs' problem won't be being unable to beat any one of those teams, it'll be trying to beat three of those teams in succession. Will their Larry Holmes state and lack of athleticism be able to withstand attrition warfare playing a mix of the Pacers, Pistons, Celtics, Wizards, Bucks, Heat and Raptors?



If they don't make any alterations to their squad, I think this is the season where they don't make it back to the Finals.

Heat series in 2016 they were also missing there starting center who despite my contempt for him he did dominate Whiteside in the first 2 games,convenient of you to leave that out...

They got blown out in game 3 last against Milwaukee but after they went down 2-1 they won 3 games in a row all handedly,even tho they bloew game 6 lead they still showed the grit to win the game...

You do realize that's when Rose, IT, Crowder, Wade etc were still on the team right? They've made A LOT of alterations since then. That Cavs team was drowning and had little to no hope of making the Finals, shyt they would've struggled to make the playoffs.
