Wiki Leaks is named after Wikipedia and Snowden would have been dead or arrested in HK. I don't believe he released it to the public, he was assigned to a job to be a spokesman/face of whistleblowers all the while helping us lose our rights by pretending to be someone that was created for us.

How did Snowden help the US lose it rights, instead of the politicians that voted for the elimination of our rights or the government that constantly lobbies for the removal our our civil liberties.
Need to stay focused on who the real enemies are, that said I doubt Snowden is involvedi n the deep state seeing the US government was grounding planes of foreign dignitaries and trying to kill this man without trial and arrest him without charge all over the globe

War on Things is sustained by a populace that supports it, now I will admit there are things that can be done to manufacture consent, but the consent has to be present in society and the US has a significant population that supports these policies.

Around September-October, strange shyt started happening. their posting style started to change and they made simple mistakes in grammar and not only that, they started the "Wikileaks Task Force" twitter handle and failed to verified their PGP Key.

Two scenarios in my mind:
Perhaps the purpose of Wikileaks is to normalize the surveillance state in the public conscious?
Since its inception Wikileaks has slowly dripped hidden truths regarding the techno-state into the public stream, it would serve as an indirect and calculated method of revealing the global omnipresent surveillance net. In the book 1984 a large part of the surveillance, occurs in the individuals own mind where they begin to censor their thoughts, words and actions out of the fear of being watched and known.
